Can you make $100,000 in your first year of stock trading?

With a successful trading strategy and the right technical analysis I believe you can. I have watched the stocks of many companies very closely and have noticed that some stocks follow predictable patterns. One giant global conglomerate in particular is so predictable that I believe a trader with a strategy could make a living with stock market day trading on this one company alone.

Because of the relative low cost of online stock trading, and the availability of stock trading software, and the tons of how to books available even someone who does very little market research can use a trading system that can be relied upon to produce results. It’s not so much about jumping on the latest stock tip as much as it is about using predictable patterns in trading stocks that can be leveraged to your advantage.

Sometimes it’s ultimately just the broker but on virtually every trade one of the two parties turns a profit either immediately or down the road. You can be that party if you use a stock trading system that is based on facts, not feelings.

When you trade based on patterns and charts and eliminate trades based on greed, fear, or pride you will get rich slowly and predictably.

A good  trading system can look at any chart and know the most likely future of the stock. Here’s a truth you need to know. The market does what it wants to do. You don’t need to understand why, you just need to know what it’s going to do. And you do not have to get involved with more complicated vehicles like options trading to make rel money. Simply buy and sell is all you need to do.

And here’s what it’s going to do: go up and down. Yeah that’s it. Some stocks simply go up more than down while others go down more than up. Almost all stocks can be money makers for you even if the trend is more down than up. It’s all in having system and sticking with it.

That last one is most important, there are trading systems out there that would have you believe you’re never going to lose money. Of course you are. That’s part of the experience. Anyone who has money in a 401K loses money on regular basis. You just typically make more than you lose week in and week out so you don’t even give it a thought.
